When you decide to purchase a property, I will be here to help you answer the following questions. The answers are very important on how we strategize the negotiation process.

- How long has the property been on the market?
- Has there been any price reductions during the listing time period?
- Has there been any offers on the property?
- What is the motivation of the seller?
- What is the price range of sold properties in the neighborhood?
- What is the average time on the market for properties in the neighborhood?
- What is the list/sales price ratio in the neighborhood?
- What is the average price per square foot of recently sold properties in the neighborhood?
- What income can the property produce?
- What is the properties competition in the neighborhood?
- Are there any covenants that ride with the property?
